About Us

Blue Mountain Designs is the two of us, Josh and Megan, working out of our home in Burnsville. Josh started engraving in 2022 because he likes making things, and it was supposed to stay a hobby.

It didn't. The next year our five year old son was diagnosed with cancer, and everything else stopped. Josh's job let him be home with him through treatment, and the orders kept coming. Between people who gave more generously than we could ever repay and every piece we engraved, the hospital bills stayed paid. God met every single need we had that year, and we will never forget it.

We both work full time now, and the engraving happens around everything else, usually with our kids underfoot. After a year of keeping our business customers stocked, we are taking personalized orders again. If you have an idea, we would love to make it for you.
